Material: torrefaction compounded high density fiberglass wool

Thermal-resistant: ≥0.4(m2·k/w)

Enviromental impact: tiles and packings are fully recyclable.

Description
The tiles are manufactured from high density fiberglass wool. The visible side is warpped with decorative fabric and the back is covered with normal fiberglass tissue. The four edges can be square or bevel.
Application
It is recommended that the tiles be installed to the opposite two walls to control the echo of the surroundings. The tiles are widely used in hotels, meetings rooms, music rooms, etc., where have special request for sound absorption.

Installation method:
Place top edge on set line. Carefully swing bottom edge to meet impaler heads. With the panel resting on the impaler darts, apply in towards wall and downward pressure.
What is acoustic insulation? Most people think if we just block off the noises outdoor that is acoustic insulation. Actually it is not perfectly right. Acoustic insulation works by absorbing sound and vibrational energy. The key principle is to convert sound energy into kinetic energy. Glasswool is a good sound insulator because the flexing action of the fibers absorbs the sound and dissipates it in a form of heat energy if such low density as to be virtually undetectable. Glasswool has excellent sound absorption characteristics and with complementary building materials. It enhances the performance if a structure by minimizing the passage of sound. Acoustic irritation is reduced and hearing protected. So galsswool-made products are widely used in places such as mansions, exhibition halls, hospitals, etc., where have special requests for sound proofing, noises control or acounstic insulation. This is also why more and more designers would like to choose fiberglass wool-made products into their designs.
